the daughter of motivational speaker Zig Ziglar and his wife, Jean (The
Red Head) Ziglar.
Early on, Julie’s father encouraged her natural bent toward sales and
“seeing” a goal in order to achieve it. Her love for land and the precursor of her love for real estate, had its beginnings in her father’s approach to properties he considered buying when she was a young girl.
He would exit the car saying “I can see it now! Look girls, this is the
perfect place for the house! See those trees over there? We can build the horse barn
right there, and fence in this big field for the pasture. We’ll clear trails through the
woods and we’ll even build a diving dock in the middle of the pond. Can’t you just see
it?”
Consequently, Julie, a lifelong horsewoman, specializes in listing and selling Rural
Homes, Rural Ranch Land, and Horse Properties for the casual horse keeper and professional horsemen and women alike. She sees the potential of the properties she lists
and shows, and enjoys helping her clients have the most positive real estate experience
possible.
Julie sells property in the North Texas areas of Wise, Montague, Denton, and Dallas
Counties. East Texas Counties where Julie serves her clients are Smith, Wood, Van
